SaVi Terms of Service
These terms apply when you access or use SaVi, a fitness, training, and hiking-preparation app in public beta.
Effective and last updated: July 15, 2026
Agreement and use
By accepting an invitation or using SaVi, you agree to these terms and the SaVi Privacy Policy. You may use SaVi for personal, non-commercial training and fitness tracking. Your invitation and account are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your email account, device, and sign-in credentials secure and for activity performed through your account.
Do not misuse SaVi, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's private data, probe or bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, upload unlawful or harmful content, or use SaVi in a way that violates another person's rights or applicable law.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create or upload. You give the developer limited permission to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve SaVi. You are responsible for having the right to provide your content and for deciding what to share with other SaVi users.
Messages, comments, reactions, and shared activity can be visible to the people you address or connect with. Do not treat social features as an emergency, medical, or confidential communications service.
Social safety and moderation
Do not post or send harassment, threats, hate speech, sexually exploitative or otherwise unlawful material, spam, impersonation, or another person's private information without permission. SaVi may automatically reject some high-confidence objectionable text. Automated filtering is limited and does not replace your judgment or SaVi's report review.
You can report users and social content, block another user, or contact support from social Safety options. A block removes the social connection and stops new direct messages and shared-activity access; unblocking does not automatically restore a friendship. The developer may review reports and remove content, limit features, suspend access, or take other proportionate action to protect users and operate the service.
Health, training, location, and AI disclaimer
SaVi is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Readiness scores, training suggestions, nutrition estimates, body-composition charts, hiking metrics, and AI responses are informational estimates. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong and are not medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional coaching advice.
Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that could affect your health or safety. Stop an activity and seek appropriate help if you feel unwell or face an emergency. Never rely on SaVi, route recording, notifications, or an AI response for emergency navigation or care.
AI features may misunderstand an image, message, or training context. Review every result. Coach-proposed changes require your confirmation, and you remain responsible for any change you approve.
Apple Health and third-party services
Optional integrations and infrastructure—including Apple Health, Apple or Google sign-in, Supabase, Expo, Sentry, and Anthropic—are also subject to the relevant provider's terms and availability. SaVi is not responsible for a third-party outage, account decision, or change in those services.
Beta service and changes
SaVi may be offered through TestFlight or another limited beta. Beta software can contain bugs, lose data, change without notice, or stop working. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed, and access may be suspended for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, or product changes.
The developer may update these terms. The effective date will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not accept them, stop using SaVi and delete your account.
Account suspension and termination
You may stop using SaVi at any time and can delete your account in the app. The developer may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, create risk for SaVi or another person, or if the service is discontinued. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
No warranty and limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SaVi is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The developer does not promise that SaVi will always be available, accurate, secure, or free of errors or data loss.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunity, health outcomes, or profits arising from use of SaVi. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
